Investigation on rodents and plague serology from Taonan district of Jilin province

摘要: 目的 调查吉林省洮南地区鼠的种类组成及鼠密度,对鼠疫血清学进行检测。方法 采用夹日法和钢闸法捕鼠,凝集反应检测鼠疫抗体。结果 共捕获啮齿动物259只,计5科9属10种,黑线仓鼠占39.8%,达乌尔黄鼠占29.0%,小家鼠占13.5%,大仓鼠占11.6%。不同生境和场所鼠种组成有所不同。草原的平均鼠密度为4.9只/10hm2;耕地和住宅区捕鼠率分别为10.5%和8.0%。39份达乌尔黄鼠鼠疫血清学检测结果均为阴性。结论 为洮南地区鼠类种群研究及鼠害防制提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate population community and density of rodents,and the plague serological positive. Methods Rodents were caught by the trap and the arch splint, plague antibody was tested with the serum agglutination test. Results 259 rodents belonging to 5 families 9 genera 10 species were collected. The predominan species were Cricetulus barabensis(39.8%), Spermophilus dauricus(29.0%), Mus musculus(13.5%), and Cricetulus triton(11.6%). The community composition of rodents varied with different habitats and places. The rodent density (average rodents of 10 hectare) was 4.9 rodents in the grassland, the catch rate in field and residence area were 10.5% and 8.0%. Plague antibody of 39 Spermophilus dauricus serum were all negative. Conclusion The investigation provided the referencing basis for the community composition and the rodents control in Taonan district of Jilin province.
