酶联免疫吸附试验检测蚊虫嗜血性的研究──Ⅱ.ELISA与沉淀试验鉴定蚊胃中人、牛血的比较

摘要: 笔者在不同栖息场所采集cella氏Ⅱ~Ⅲ期中华按蚊及嗜人按蚊共357只,同时用ELISA及沉淀试验鉴定蚊胃血中的人、牛血。结果357份标本,经沉淀试验人血阳性126份,占35.3%;牛血阳性59份,占16.5%。ELISA测定人血阳性135份,占37.8%;牛血阳性75份,占21.0%。后法较前法阳性率高,阳性反应强度较高。沉淀试验鉴定为人牛血的30份,ELISA测定人血5份,牛血8份,人牛血17份。沉淀试验鉴为猪血的130份,ELISA测定为阴性反应。沉淀试验鉴定人、牛血为阴性的12份标本,经ELISA法检测全为阳性反应,其中人4份,牛血8份,进一步证明后法较前法特异性强,更适合现场蚊胃血鉴定。

Abstract: The paper reported ELISA and predipitin tests for blood meal identification in An. Sinensis and An.anthropohagus with digree of digestion of cella Ⅱ-Ⅲ blood meal caught in differnt resting places. The study showed that human blood positive rate was 35.3% and bovine blood positive rate was 16.5% in total 375blood smears with precipitin test; Human blood positive rate was 37.8% and bovine blood positive rate was 21.0% with ELISA test.The results indicated that ELISA test was more sensitive in the identification of mosquito blood meals than that of precipitin test. In 12 negative blood smears identified by precipitin test,4 smears showed human blood positive and 8 blood smears showed bovine blood positive tested by ELISA. It was demonstrated that the specificity of ELISA test was much better than that of precipitin test.
