黑胸大蠊的生物学研究

Studies on the Biology of Experimental Population of Smoky Brown Cockroach

摘要: 1991~1992年在实验室条件下,对黑胸大蠊生物学进行了系统研究。黑胸大蠊完成一个世代需324.93天。成虫于4月下旬开始羽化,至8月下旬结束,高峰是5月下旬(♂)和7月上旬(♀)。雌成虫于5月中旬开始产卵,至翌年1月下旬结束,高峰是7月下旬,产卵前期15.1±0.74天,产卵期155.3±12.9天,产卵后期29.3±8.4天。每头雌成出产卵鞘27.67±2.17个。产卵间隔时间6.75±0.68天,成虫寿命202.3±16.45天。卵鞘历期46.03±1.68天。每个卵鞘含卵20.51±0.97粒。若虫有8~9个龄期,经7~8次蜕皮后变为成虫。大部分(85.71%)雄性若虫经7次蜕皮变为成虫,大部分(75.00%)雌性若虫经8次蜕皮变为成虫,若虫历期263.8天。

Abstract: Systematic investigations on the biology of smoky brown cockroach Periplaneta fuliginosa Serville under laboratory condition were carried out in 1991-1992.The occurrence periods of whole generation,egg-case,each instar of nymph and both sexs of adult,including reproduction period of female their body lengths and weights morpkology of egg-case and each instar of nymph,molting times of male and female nymphs,lifespan of male and female adult,fertility and hatching rate of this cockroach were determined.
