一种新菊酯的合成及药效

摘要: 本文介绍二氯菊酸酰氯与胺醇缩合制得一种新型菊酯类杀虫剂,并报道其合成路线。所得样品通过元素分析,理论值与实测值相符。其药效,对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50为0.00264ppm,对家蝇为0.00165~0.00182μg/虫;以5mg/m3剂量喷雾,对淡色库蚊成虫的KT50为4.7min,对家蝇为3.7min,两者24h死亡率均为100%。按54mg/m2剂量强迫接触试验,对美洲大蠊的KT50为6.2min,对德国小蠊为6.0min。

Abstract: This paper introduced a new pyrethroid insecticide prepared by the condensation of permethrin acid chlorocyl and amine alcohol,in which its synthetic procedure has also been reported. Through the element analysis of the sample,the theoretical value agreed well with that of practice determination.The biological determination of its effect has been done with flies,mosquitoes and cockroaches. The result indicated that LC50 was 0.00264ppm for the larval of Culex pipiens pallens and LD50 was 0.00165-0.00182ug per insect:With the dosage of 5mg/m3,the KT50 was 4.7 min for adult Culex pipiens pallens and 3.7 min for Musca domestica vicina,while both of the death rates in 24h were 100%;The forced contact tests at 54mg/m2 showed that KT50 was 6.2 min for Periplaneta americana and 6.0 min for Blattella germanica.
