灭多威对家蝇的毒力及其对动物的毒性

摘要: 灭多威对4个不同品系家蝇均有较好的毒杀效果,LD50>分别为0.0895、0.2012、0.2351和0.1768μg/♀。对抗溴氰菊酯家蝇无明显的交互抗性。灭多威对家蝇的毒力均大于残杀威、仲丁威、异丙威和甲萘威,该药剂的纯品、工业原药及制剂,对动物的急性经口毒性属高毒类,经皮毒性为低毒性,畜积毒性作用K>5.3。灭多威的安全系数为268.2。Ames测试阴性。其中间体灭多威肟是低毒。

Abstract: The insecticidal activities of Methomyl to 4 different strains of house fly(Musca domestica)were strong,their LD50 were 0.0395,0.2012,0.2351 and 0.1678(μg/♀)respectively.But no signifi cant cross resistance to Decamethrin-resistant fly.The toxicity of Methomyl to house fly was higher than that of Propoxur,Bassa,Isoprocaro and Carbaryl respectively.The acute oral toxicities of the purified product,the industrial product and the emulsifiable concentrate of Methomyl were high,and their acute dermal toxicities were low as well as its cumutlative factor K was over 5.3 with its safety coefficient 288.2.Ames test for Methomyl was negative.On the other hand,the acute oral toxicity of Methomyl oxime,the intermediate of Methomyl,was low.
