不同地理种群尖音库蚊复组杀虫药剂抗性及抗性酯酶

Insecticide Resistance and Overproduced Esterases in Populations Culex pipiens Complex of China

摘要: 目的 研究海南省三亚及海口市,广西壮族自治区南宁市、环江县,辽宁省葫芦岛市的尖音库蚊复组蚊虫对有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的抗性水平及与抗性有关的酯酶。方法 生物测定和淀粉电泳技术。结果 三亚市尖音库蚊复组蚊虫种群对DDVP、对硫磷、毒死蜱、邻仲丁基苯基甲基氨基甲酸酯和残杀威的抗性分别是敏感品系SLAB的20.5、10.0、4.7、1.7、3.9倍;海口市尖音库蚊复组蚊虫种群对以上5种杀虫药剂的抗性分别是敏感品系SLAB的8.3、6.6、2.5、1.7、3.7倍,略低于三亚市蚊虫种群对5种杀虫药剂的抗性水平;广西壮族自治区的2个种群的抗性非常低或未产生抗性;葫芦岛种群已产生中、低抗性;淀粉凝胶电泳显示海南省以抗性酯酶A2B2为主,葫芦岛市以B1为主,广西壮族自治区的2个种群酯酶基因呈现多态现象。结论 5个地区蚊虫对所测杀虫剂均产生中、低抗性,对有机磷的抗性大于氨基甲酸酯类,高活性酯酶是主要的抗性机制。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the insecticide resistant level and the distribution of organophosphate-resistant esterases in five field populations of Culex pipiens complex collected from Hainan,Guangxi and Liaoning province. Methods Bioassays and starch gel electrophoresis. Results Comparing with the S-LAB susceptible strain,these populations showed moderate or low resistant to DDVP,Parathion,Chlorpyrifos,Bassa and Propoxur. The analysis of esterases disclosed that A2-B2and B1 were the main resistant esterases in Hainan'sand Liaoning'spopulations,respectively,and there were many low activity esterases in Guangxi'spopulations. Conclusion The populations of Culex pipiens complex from the five regions were more resistant to organophosphate(OP)insecticides than to carbamates,and over-produced esterases accounted for the resistance mainly.
