杀虫剂处理军服布的防蚊效果

摘要: 目的:观察不同杀虫剂处理军服布的防蚊效果。方法:在实验室条件下,以不同杀虫剂(制剂)处理军服样布,覆在小白鼠脱毛的腹部,观察蚊虫停落频率、吸血率和死亡率,并与空白对照比较,计算减少停落和吸血的效果。结果:不同制剂、不同剂量对蚊虫停落频率影响不明显,减少吸血效果可达96.33%~100%,固体乳剂致蚊虫死亡的效果明显高于其他乳剂。结论:杀虫剂处理军服的防蚊效果表现在3个方面:减少蚊虫停落、吸血和致蚊虫死亡。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of military cloths treated with insecticides on protect against mosquito. Methods: After abdominal hairs were shed, the mice were covered with the treated cloths. The landing frequency, blood-feeding rate, and mortality of mosquito were then investigated under laboratory condition. Results: The landing frequency was not affected obviously by the difference of insecticides and their formulations. The rate of blood feeding was reduced to the range of 96.33%~100%. The solidified emulsion, used in the test, caused more death of mosquito than the other emulsions. Conclusion: After the treatment, the cloths could reduce landing frequency, blood feeding, and also cause the death of mosquito.
