山东费县恙虫病疫区恙螨的季节消长及病原体分离研究

Seasonal Fluctuation of Mites Collected from Rodents and Isolation ofRickettsiae tsutsugamushi(Rt) in Focus of Autumn-WinterType Scrub Typhus in Fei County,Shandong Province

摘要: 目的:观察恙虫病疫区恙螨的季节消长,分离病原体。方法:捕捉活鼠,捡螨;螨的生理盐水悬液,腹腔接种小鼠,取发病者肝、脾、肾制印片或腹膜涂片,镜检恙虫病立克次体(Rt);采用IFA法进行血清学检测与分型。结果:从鼠体外共捡获11762只恙螨,其中小盾纤恙螨(A)2547只(占21.65%),须纤恙螨(B)1596只(占13.57%),临淮岗纤恙螨(C)2833只(占24.09%),泰山纤恙螨(D)466只(占3.96%),太平洋无前恙螨(E)4320只(占36.73%)。恙螨季节变化:A主要出现在9~12月,高峰为11月,是秋季鼠体外绝对优势种;B出现在10月至翌年4月,高峰为12月,是冬季优势种;C于5月出现,11月消失,高峰为8月,是夏季优势种;D主要出现在6~10月,数量较少,且起伏较大;E全部采自大仓鼠,主要出现在4~12月,高峰为7月。Rt分离:A共接种10批,分离到4株Rt;B、C、E各接种4批,分离到4株、2株和2株Rt。血清学分型:除C分离到1株为Karp型外,其余均为Giliam型。结论:A是主要传播媒介,Rt流行型别以Giliam型为主。

Abstract: The author observed monthly the seasonal fluctuation of mites collected from wild rodents in Fei county, Shandong province, and isolation of Rt was carried out from predominant mites in various seasons. The results were as followings: Leptotrombidium(L.) scutellare appeared massly in autumn and early winter, the peak was in November; L.palpale appeared from October to April of the second year, the peak was in December, and was predominant in winter; L. linhuaikonese appeared in May to November, the peak was in August, and was predominant in summer; Walchia(W.) pacifica was all collected from Cricetulus triton and existed from April to December, the peak was in July.4 strains of Rt were isolated from 10 groups of L.scutellare; 4 strains were isolated from L.palpale; 2 strains from L.linhuaikonese; 2 strains from W.pacifica. Serotypes of 12 strains above revealed that all were identical to strain Gilliam except one isolated from L.linhuaikonese was strain Karp. The results indicated that L.linscutellare was the main transmitting vector of Rt; but it is important to detect whether the other species of mites only act as hosts or as hosts and vectors of Rt.
