南京地区敏感褐家鼠凝血酶原时间的研究

Study on Prothrombin Time of Susceptible Rattus norvegicus in Nanjing Region

摘要: 目的测定南京地区杀鼠灵对敏感褐家鼠的凝血酶原时间(PT)。方法PT测定采用仪器法,抗药性调查采用摄食试验。结果南京地区21只褐家鼠在观察期内全部死亡,平均致死剂量为12.4mg/kg,PT值(以INR表示)平均为1.00,雌雄鼠差异无显著性(P>0.05),南京地区杀鼠灵对敏感褐家鼠PT值(以INR表示)为0.73~1.27。结论制定杀鼠灵对敏感或抗性褐家鼠的PT值,可大大简化鼠类抗药性调查工作。

Abstract: Objective To determine the prothrombin time(PT) of warfarin susceptible Rattus norvegicus in Nanjing region.Methods PT was determined by ST art 4 analyser and the dieting test was used in the study of resistance.Results All of Rattus norvegicus died during the observing period.The mean lethal dose was 12.4 mg/kg and the mean PT value(expressing by INR) was 1.00.There was no significant difference between male and female rats(Pa0.05a).PT values of warfarin susceptible Rattus norvegicus in Nanjing region was 0.73 1.27.Conclusion It would simplify the process in the study of resistance of rats to formulate the PT value of warfarin susceptible or resistant Rattus norvegicus.
