江苏4地区两种家栖鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药性调查

Study on the Resistance of Two Sorts of Commensal Rodents to Warfarin in Four Areas of Jiangsu Province

摘要: 目的:调查江苏省家栖鼠对杀鼠灵的抗药性。方法:按全国鼠类抗药性监测协作组制定的“鼠类对抗凝血灭鼠剂敏感性和抗药性试验方法”。结果:褐家鼠平均致死剂量为18.53mg/kg,平均致死天数5.7d,黄胸鼠平均致死剂量133.55mg/kg,平均致死天数6.8d。试验结束后产生抗药性的个体褐家鼠4只,黄胸鼠2只。结论:2种家栖鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂耐药力增强,有产生抗药性的趋势。

Abstract: Objective:In order to study the resistances of commensal rodents to warfarin in four areas in Jiangsu Province.Methods:According to the test methods established of the sensibility and resistance of anticoagulants for rodents by the National surveillance group on rodents resistance.Result:The average lethal doses of R.norvegicus and R.flavipectus were 18.53 mg/kg and 133.55 mg/kg respectively,the average lethal-time of two sorts of commensal rodents were 5.7 days and 6.8 days.The individuals of norregicus and flavipectus with resistance to warfarin were 4 and 2 after the test.Conclusions:It was indicated that the resistances of anticoagulants to 2 sorts of commensal rodents were enhanced and there was a tendency that anticoagulants for rodents would get resistance.
