进口冷冻肉制品O157∶H7大肠埃希菌调查分析

摘要: 目的:对进口冷冻肉制品O157∶H7大肠埃希菌进行检测。方法:用Binax试剂进行筛选。结果:从174份进口冷冻肉制品中检出4株O157∶H7大肠埃希菌,分离率为2.3%。结论:该分离株发酵山梨醇,不具溶血素和志贺样毒素基因,但仍具毒力。41℃增菌培养能抑制杂菌,可提高检出率。

Abstract: Objective:To study EHEC O157∶H7 isolated from imported frozen meal produces.Methods:EHEC O157∶H7 from imported meal produces was tested with Binax NOW EH E.coliO157 and O157∶H7 Test Kit.Result:Isolated 4 strains EHEC O157∶H7 from 174 imported frozen meal produces,the isolate rate was 2.30 per cent.These strains fermented sorbitol,no found hemolysin and VT gene,but still had virulence.Conclusion:Increase incubate in 41℃ can restrict other bacteria and improve the isolate rate.Binax reagent is rapid,and easy to perform by laboratories performing routine microbiological testing.It should be paid attention to the problem of food hygiene.
