含EBT、胺菊酯及氯菊酯的杀虫混剂同柱气相色谱分析方法研究

摘要: 目的:同柱测定杀虫混剂配方中有效成分EBT、胺菊酯与氯菊酯含量。方法:气相色谱法,色谱柱选择为2%SE-30/ChromosorbWHP(60~80目),以邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为内标。结果:测得EBT、胺菊酯与氯菊酯的变异系数分别为0.62%、0.61%、0.73%;平均回收率各为101.41%、102.12%、101.20%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract: Objective:A method of quantiative analysis for mixed formulation contained pyrethroids insecticides-EBT,tetramethrin and permethrin was studied by PTGC-FID.Methods:The gas chromatographic conditionis followings:packed colurmn with 2% SE-30 on chromosorb W HP,210℃ and 245℃ for intitial and final column oven temperature respectively,3.5 min and 8 min for intitial and final column oven tempetature hold time respectively,30℃/min for program heating rate.Results:EBT,tetramethrin and permethrin can be separated very well at the same column above these conditions.The cofficients of variation for EBT,tetramethrin and permethrin are 0.62 %,0.61 %,0.73 % respectively.The average recovery are 101.41 %,102.12 %,101.20 % respectively.Conclusions:The method is simple and accurate.
