白纹伊蚊传播登革病毒的媒介效能研究

摘要: 目的:研究白纹伊蚊在登革病毒传播中的作用。方法:应用C6/36细胞培养分离病毒结合RFPCR检测;用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测血清抗体。结果:饱吸感染发病乳鼠血的白纹伊蚊,对DEN Ⅰ~Ⅳ型有较高的感染率(50%~58%),通过叮咬敏感动物(乳鼠)也能传播这4个型的DEN。分批检测感染雌蚊的子1代卵、幼虫及雌、雄成虫,证实白纹伊蚊能经卵传递DEN,至少可传2代以上。结论:该蚊对DEN有较大的媒介效能,且在维持DEN病毒的自然循环中起重要作用。

Abstract: Aedes albopictus were detected by virus isolation in C6/36 cell culture combined with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using the Flavivirus universal primer set after sucking the infant mice's blood infected with dengue virus (DEN) 1-4 serotype respectively. The infection rate was as high as 50% to 58%. Studies also showed that this species of mosquitoes can transmit each serotype of dengue virus to infant mice, the sensitive host, simply by biting them. First filial eggs of the infected females, larvae and adults of both sexes from infected mothers were collected in 582 pools and examed respectively. The positive rates in the pools of the first generation progeny were 2.6% for DEN 1,2.7% for DEN 2,1.5% for DEN 3 and 1.5% for DEN 4, of the second generation progeny, 4.3%,4.3%,3.3% and 3.3%,respectively. These results may indicate that infected Ae.albopictus females were capable of transmitting dengue virus vertically and have a potential role in the natural circulation of the virus.
