低鼠密度地区实施生态措施控制肾综合征出血热效果探讨

摘要: 目的 探讨生态措施控制肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的效果。方法 通过宣传教育形成良好卫生习惯;通过地面硬化、设置防鼠网等完善防鼠设施;通过环境治理有效控制鼠密度;通过鼠情监测和HFRS发病情况评价控制效果。结果 3个试验区鼠平均捕获率在0.53%~1.04%之间,生态区HFRS病例最多。结论 在经济相对发达、鼠密度控制在较低水平、以及HFRS病例高度散发的地区实施生态措施控制HFRS的优势不明显。

Abstract: Objective Study on the effect of controlling hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) with ecological measures. Methods To form good hygiene practice by the way of health education. Facilities against the mouse could be perfected by making use of net and hard ground. The mouse density could be well controlled by optimizing the environment. To appraise the effect of control measures by monitoring the mouse activity and HFRS condition. Results The average rate of mouse capture in the three trial regions ranged from 0.53% to 1.04%,peak HFRS cases occurred in ecological regions. Conclusion Ecological measures do not achieved distinctive effect in the regions with relatively advanced economy,low mouse density and most sporadic HFRS cases.
