抗凝血灭鼠剂持续淘汰条件下的小家鼠

摘要: 目的:探索小家鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂抗药性的发生发展规律。方法:摄食0.025%浓度杀鼠灵毒饵存活的实验小鼠做为亲本鼠,后代用同样毒饵淘汰,存活者兄妹配对繁殖,逐代进行。结果:试鼠存活率随代次递增先升后降;代次与存活率呈幂函数曲线关系。雌鼠繁殖力随代次递增呈下降趋势,主要表现为年产窝数减少,代次与繁殖力参数呈4次多项式曲线关系。结论:在抗凝血灭鼠剂的持续淘汰条件下小家鼠种群适合度降低,亦即抗性鼠生命力低。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the development pattern of resistance in Mus musculus to anticoagultant rodenticides. Methods: The laboratory mice survived from feeding on 0.025% anticoagulant warfarin bait were employed as parents.The offsprings were fed on the same bait ,and the survivors mated and bred in brother-sister, generation after generation. Results: With the generation increasing, the survival rate of tested animals at first went up and then declined, while a decline tendency existed in female's fecundity. Conclusion: The pressure of continued selection by anticoagulant rodenticides made the fitness and vitality of Mus musculus population declined.
