Abstract: To study the Pathogenicity of Eucleidae Caterpillar and the Pathologic change of the Dermatitis. The skin of volunteer was touched directly by mature Eucleidae Caterpillar on their upper limb and that of guineapigs was touched directly on their abdomen. The pathogenic cource was observed continuouesly on human dermatitis caused by Eucleilae Caterpillar. Pathological, local lesion of guineapigs was cut off on time, the piecesneas was wrapped in paraffin wax, cut, dyed with HE, observed with routine histology. There is twinge, burning pain, tickle,numbness and papule, macule, maculepapule, urtica, plaque on the local symptom. There is the whole reation in some cases and so on. There is epidermis bulla, vesicle and pustule on routine cut section of lesion of guineapigs, The course of the disease is from two weeks to three months. The eucleidae Caterpillar have pathogenicity. Pathogenic mechanism in human dermatitis is machinal damage, poisonous reaction and allergy.
