摘要: 本研究报告了肾综合征出血热(Ⅰ型)鼠脑纯化灭活疫苗及沙鼠肾组织培养灭活疫苗在陕西省高发病乡、高发人群的免疫效果。鼠脑疫苗全程接种后2周,血清中和抗体阳转率78.57%,几何平均滴度9.38,接种组发病1例,发病率8.17/10万;对照组发病24例,发病率167.97/10万,保护率95.13%,效果指数20.56。沙鼠肾疫苗接种后血清中和抗体阳转率73.08%,几何平均滴度13.39,接种组发病1例,发病率为6.02/10万;对照组发病66例,发病率340.73/10万,保护率98.23%,效果指数56.60。两种疫苗接种反应轻微或无反应,无异常反应,表明疫苗安全性好,近期免疫防病效果好。

Abstract: This article reported the immune effectiveness of 2 kinds of inactivated HFRS vaccines in some townships with high incidence of HFRS in Shanxi. The 2 kinds of vaccines were separately drived from purificated brain of mouse and cultured tissue of Meriones unguiculatus kidney. The serum antibodies to the 2 kinds of vaccines were measured at two weeks after full injection. In the group of mouse's brain vaccine, the seroconversion rate Of neutralizing antibodies was 78. 57 % , and its geometric mean titre(GMT) was 9. 38. There was only 1 case who suffered from HFRS in the vaccination group, and the incidence rate was 8. 17/100, 000; but there were 24 patients in the control group, and the incidence rate was 167. 97/100, 000. Its protection rate was 95.13 % , and the effective index of vaccination was 20.56. In the group of Meriones unguiculatus kidney vaccine, the seroconversion rate of neutralizing antibodies was 73. 08 % , and its GMT was 13. 39. There was 1 patient in the vaccination group, and the incidence rate was 6.02/100,000; but there were 66 patients in the control group, and the incidence rate was 340. 73/100, 000. Its protection rate was 98. 23 % , and the effective index of vaccination was 56. 60. The side effects of the 2 kinds of vaccines were few. Those results suggested that the vaccines have a favourable safety, highly immunogenicity and preventive effectiveness.
