Abstract: This article presents the study of detecting fluoride(F^-) in toxic bait and biomaterial using selective potentiomatirie electrode method.The method had not only quick, but also fine selectivity and stability. The linear range was 0.019-1900mg/L, and the relative deviation was no more than 5%.It interfered Al³⁺ and effects various of determination system princepally.The method used masking and adjustment of total ionic strength adjustment buffer (TISAB)reducing interfering Al³⁺ and other factors got good results.
