毒饵及生物材料中F-的选择电极法测定

摘要: 笔者采用选择电极电位法,测定毒饵及生物材料中F-含量,方法简便快速,结果可信,相对偏差<5%。线性范围在0.019~1900mg/L。主要干扰Al3+及影响测定体系的诸因素,选用总离子强度调节缓冲液(TISAB)掩蔽调节作用,测得结果满意。

Abstract: This article presents the study of detecting fluoride(F-) in toxic bait and biomaterial using selective potentiomatirie electrode method.The method had not only quick, but also fine selectivity and stability. The linear range was 0.019-1900mg/L, and the relative deviation was no more than 5%.It interfered Al3+ and effects various of determination system princepally.The method used masking and adjustment of total ionic strength adjustment buffer (TISAB)reducing interfering Al3+ and other factors got good results.
