中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗药性研究

摘要: 本文报告溴氰菊酯选育中华按蚊抗性品系的结果。选育5~10代可产生低度抗药性,11代以后引起基因突变,29代发现带有致死基因的黑体或黑头幼虫,并有器官畸形。黑体幼虫死亡率100%,不能继续繁殖;黑头幼虫死亡率为65.98%,能继续繁殖。自交实验初步证明,黑头幼虫的特征为隐性隔代遗传。致死基因的存在,降低了中华按蚊的生存力,致使带有致死基因中华按蚊种群对溴氰菊酯的抗药性下降;当黑体幼虫消失、黑头幼虫减少时,中华按蚊幼虫的LC50开始回升。

Abstract: This paper presents the resultsof resistant strain of Anopheles sinensis cultured with deltamethrin. After 5-10 generations, low resistance induced. 10 generations later,gene mutation occurred, while in 29th generation,larva of, black body and head with lethal gene and moreover with mutated organs were found.Mortality rate of black body larvaes reached 100% and of course, reproduction stopped. Mortality rate of black head larvaes was 65.98% and it has been preliminarily confirmed by inbred that characteristic of black head belonged to recessive reversion. The existence of lethal gene lovered the survival ability of An.sinensis, which led to the reduction of resistance to deltamethrin in population of An. sinensis with lethal gene. When disappearance of black body larvaes and remarkable reduction of black fiend ones happened, LC50 of An. sinensis larvaesstarted going up.
