海南岛环境与社区登革热控制研究

Environment and Community Prevention of Dengue Fever in Hainan Island

摘要: 海南岛1979~1991年曾遭受三次登革热和登革出血热侵袭。为控制其发生和流行,曾采取各类药物的、生物的方法杀灭埃及伊蚊成蚊和幼虫,但终未能长治久安。为此,特采取加强社区管理,普及健康教育,改变民众不良的卫生观念和行为等综合措施,控制登革热和登革出血热的流行。从第一年度的结果来看,健康教育普及率,按村、户和学校统计均达100%;懂得预防登革热基本知识的村干部为100%,民众占61.09%,家庭主妇占53.10%;学生占80.46%。96.97%的家庭初步做到5天内刷洗水缸,暂时性容器减少85.46%,蚊幼虫暂时性容器指数下降82.89%;永久性容器蚊幼虫指数下降61.41%;从疑似病例及媒介标本中未分离出登革病毒。

Abstract: Three epidemics of dengue fever have been occoured in Hainan during 1979—1991.In order to control the epidemics of dengue fever, we had used some various drugs to destroy the adult mosquitoes of Aedes aegypti and some biological methods to destroy, the larvae of Aedes aegypti. But we could only get the temporary effect of control ling the epidemics. In order to achieve the permanent effect, a study has been performming since July, 1991, by strengthening the communmity management, carrying on the health education about preventing dengue in community and changing the residents unhealthy hygienic habit.Acording to the-work of, last year the popular rate of health education in village level, in family level and in school level were all 100%.100% of villagestaffs, 61.09% of residents, 53.01% of housewives and 84.46% of students had learnt the basic knowledge about preventing dengue fever.The residents unhealthy hygienic habit have been changing.The families who kept on washing their vats once no more than 5 days were 90.67%.The unused small water containers (temporay containers) had been decreased by 85.46%.The unused small water containers (temporay containers had been decreased by 85.46%.The container index of larvae of Aedes aegypti in temporary containers had been decreased by 82.89%: in permanent containers had been decreased by 61.41%.The virus of dengue was not isolated from the samples of suspicious dengue patients and vectors captured from study area of control area.
