蚊虫灯诱捕量的混合回归分析

摘要: 对逐日蚊虫灯诱资料,应用多元逐步回归方法分析气象因素与诱捕量的关系。结果表明,风速是影响灯诱捕量最显著的因素,并计算或校正影响的校正指数。如在多元回归的基础上,加入前1和2天诱蚊资料作为自变量,建立混合回归模型,后者在拟合精度与残差模式方面均较前者有很大改善,说明混合回归分析更适于描述蚊虫种群的动态变化。

Abstract: Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyse the relationship between meteorological factors and successive daily light trap catches of mosquitoes sampling from Aug. 28th to Sep. 16th in a dairy located in the suburb of Shanghai. Among wind speed, temperature, humidity and air pressure, wind speed affected light trap very significantly, so correcting coefficient of light trap for wind speed was calculated. The integrated regressive models of light trap catches were also contructed by including the catch of previous one or two days into multiple regression model as independent variables, and results showed that the accuracy and residual mode of the integrated models were improved significantly, indicating the integrated regressive models are more suitable for describing mosquito population dynamics.
