常用蚊虫监测方法和技术研究进展

摘要: 媒介蚊虫是我国多种蚊媒传染病的传播媒介。常见的蚊虫监测方法分为幼蚊监测和成蚊监测。幼蚊监测主要包括布雷图指数法、容器指数法、房屋指数法、勺捕法、路径法和诱蚊诱卵器法等方法;而成蚊监测主要包括人诱法、人工小时法、双层叠帐法、诱蚊灯法和BG-Sentinel trap等方法。该文综述了我国常用的传统媒介蚊虫监测方法和近几年发展起来的技术,并介绍了各种方法的特点与不足,为制定科学的蚊媒监测方案和蚊媒监测新技术的研发提供参考依据。

Abstract: Mosquitoes are the vectors of many mosquito-borne diseases in China. The common mosquito surveillance methods include mosquito larvae and adult mosquito surveillance. The major surveillance methods of mosquito larvae include Breteau index, container index, house index, Dipping, path method, and Mos-ovitrap method, while adult mosquito surveillance mainly include human landing collection, labor hour method, double mosquito net method, light trap method, and BG-Sentinel trap, etc. This article summarizes the traditional methods and new technologies in recent years for mosquito surveillance in China, then introduces strengths and weaknesses of the methods mentioned above, which can provide a reference for the development of scientific schemes and new technology for mosquito surveillance in future.
