Development of information management system software for vector surveillance in Hebei province

摘要: 目的 开发研制病媒生物监测信息管理系统软件,用于省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构开展病媒生物密度消长监测数据的保存、管理和查询。方法 基于Eclipse开发平台,采用MySQL数据库和相关开发工具,建立基于Windows操作系统的软件界面,将现场监测数据和信息录入软件数据库。结果 该软件可实现信息录入、检索查询、数据统计和用户管理等多项功能,可对省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构病媒生物监测数据进行自动汇总、统计和结果展示,并对采集的信息进行动态管理。结论 该软件的开发研制可实现监测数据网络化收集、管理、分析和质量控制,对提高病媒生物监测工作效率和工作质量有积极作用,为病媒生物防制和卫生行政部门科学决策提供信息支持和建议。

Abstract: Objective A software for information management system of vector surveillance has been developed and used for the storage, management and query of the vector surveillance data of disease control and prevention at provincial, municipal and county levels in Hebei province. Methods The system is based on Eclipse development platform, and uses MySQL database and related development tools to build the software interface based on Windows operating system, and allows the inputs of field surveillance data and information to the database. Results The software can realize the functions of information input, retrieval query, statistics and user management. The vector surveillance data of disease control and prevention institutions at provincial, municipal and county levels of the system can be automatically collected, counted and displayed, a dynamic management process can be implemented. Conclusion The development of the software can realize the collection, management, analysis and quality control of surveillance data, plays a positive role in improving vector surveillance work efficiency and quality, and providing supportive information for vector control and the health administrative authorities.
