Abstract: Based on the current situations in market-oriented operation and supervision of pest control operation (PCO), we applied the hazard analysis and critical control point system for the market-oriented operation and supervision of PCO, and analyzed the potential hazards in market supervision, enterprise self-discipline, contract signing, and other aspects. The critical control points in PCO were determined, and project bidding, on-site implementation, and technology assessment were proposed as key steps in market-oriented operation and supervision. To provide a novel idea for proper functioning of PCO market-oriented operation and thereby ensure the healthy development of PCO, prevention and control measures, as well as related error correction methods, were established.
