摘要: DNA条形码是一种利用短的DNA序列对物种进行鉴定的技术。文中简略介绍了DNA条形码的背景知识和原理,举例说明其在物种分类、鉴定及遗传多样性等方面的广泛应用研究,并讨论了该技术在生物分类应用中可能存在的一些问题。关键词:DNA条形码;物种鉴定;应用研究

Abstract: Foundation of China(No. 31060279)and the National Key Technology R & D Program(No. 2008BAI56B02) Abstract: DNA barcode is a diagnostic technique in which short DNA sequences can be used for species identification. In this article, the background knowledge and principles of DNA barcode were reviewed simply. Also illustrated application research on classification, identification and genetic diversity in species and some existed problems of DNA barcode.
