泰安市城区2007-2010年蝇密度及季节消长情况分析

摘要:

目的 掌握泰安市城区蝇密度及季节消长情况,为制定蝇类防制方案提供科学依据。方法 随机抽取农贸市场3处、餐饮外环境6处、绿化带3处、居民区3处作为固定监测点,采用笼诱法进行蝇类密度监测。结果 2007-2010年泰安市城区共捕获蝇类7088只,平均蝇密度为14.8只/笼,家蝇(19.6%)、厩腐蝇(19.6%)和丝光绿蝇(17.1%)为主要优势蝇种;不同生境蝇密度农贸市场>绿化带>餐饮外环境>居民区;蝇密度年际间、生境间消长呈单峰型曲线,蝇类在7、8月出现高峰。结论 基本掌握了泰安市城区蝇密度及季节消长情况,建议采取综合防制措施,重点在7、8月集中灭蝇、防蝇,加强对蝇类及其传播疾病的长期监测,以减少蝇媒传染病的发生及流行。

Abstract:

Objective To get an insight into the density and seasonal fluctuation of flies in the urban area of Tai’an city, providing a scientific basis for the development of fly control programs. Methods Three farmers’markets six restaurant-surrounding areas, three city green belts and three residential areas were randomized as the fixed monitoring sites and the cage alluring was conducted to monitor the density of flies. Results A total of 7088 flies were captured from 2007 to 2010 with an average fly density of 14.8/cage, of which the dominant species were Musca domestica (19.6%), Muscina stabulans (19.6%) and Lucilia sericata (17.1%). The habitats that were listed in terms of the fly density in a descending order were farmers’markets, green belt, dining environment and residential community. The interannual and interhabitat fluctuations of fly density followed a single-peaked curve, which appeared in July and August. Conclusion The density of fly population in the urban area of Tai’an city peaks in July and August, and it is suggested that integrated measures be taken to concentrate on the control and prevention of flies in the period of time to reduce the density of flies and the prevalence of communicable diseases spread by flies.
