上海市青浦区媒介生物现状调查分析

摘要: 目的 了解青浦区媒介生物的种类及其季节消长规律,为预防和控制媒介生物传播疾病的发生和流行提供依据。方法 按照全国媒介生物监测方案设置监测点,分别以人工小时法、笼诱法、粘捕法和夹日法调查蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、鼠的种类和密度。结果 本次调查发现青浦区蚊虫有2亚科4属8种,淡色库蚊是主要优势种(占63.04%),其次为骚扰阿蚊(占18.72%),第3位是中华按蚊(占6.45%);7月为全年密度高峰。青浦区蝇类有3科20属35种,家蝇、大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇为优势种,分别占36.11%、24.42%和8.39%,7月为全年最高峰,10月有一小高峰。青浦区有蜚蠊2科2属3种,德国小蠊是优势种(78.60%),其次为黑胸大蠊(13.38%),美洲大蠊占8.02%;7月为全年密度最高峰。青浦区有鼠形动物2目2科3属5种,小家鼠为优势鼠种(67.74%),其次是褐家鼠(20.10%),鼠密度最高月份为6月。结论 所监测到的媒介生物种群在上海市普遍存在,未发现新种。

Abstract: Objective To learn vector species and its seasonal fluctuation in the Qingpu district,and to provide the evidence for the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases.Methods The surveillance sites were set up according to the surveillance project of the vector in the whole country,and the densities of vectors like mosquito,fly,mouse and cockroach were investigated by the methods of man-hours,cage trapping,paste trapping and night trapping,respectively.Results There were 8 species,4 genus and 2 subfamily mosquitoes in this district.Of which,Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant specie,accounting for 63.04%,following with Armigeres subalbatus(18.72%) and Anopheles sinensis(6.45%).The density of mosquitoes was in the peak in July.There were 35 species,20 genus and 3 family flies in the district,and Musca domestica,Chrysomya megacephala and Lucilia sericata were the dominant species,which accounted for 36.11%,24.42% and 8.39% respectively.There were two peaks in the whole year,the biggest one was in August and the second one was in October.The cockroaches investigated in the district belonged to 3 species,2 genus and 2 families.The dominant species was Blattella germanica(78.60%),following with Periplaneta fuliginosa(13.38%) and Periplaneta americana(8.02%),and its density peak was in July.The rat-shape animals were identified in the district belonging to 5 species,3 genus,2 families and 2 orders.The dominant species were Mus musculus(67.74%) and Rattus norvegicus(20.10%),respectively.The peak of rodent density was in June.Conclusion No new vector species were found in this district.
