摘要: 目的 有关福建省房舍螨类的研究不多,为明确福建地区房舍螨的主要种类,为人们安居提供基础资料,特进行该调查。方法 从福建地区54个采集点随机采集房舍内灰尘,将样品贴上标签带回实验室进行螨类分离、制片和鉴定。结果 共采集395份样品,螨的检出率为38.00%,涉及到4目30科55种,其中热带无爪螨检出率最高,占检出样品的48.86%,其次为网广缝甲螨,占16.71%。结论 房舍螨种类繁多,广泛生活于房舍内灰尘中,其中粉尘螨发生数量较大,其密度常常超过产生过敏症状的临界值。

Abstract: Objective House dust mites are important factors relating to allergic asthma and other disease,and often occur on a large scale in warm areas.However,there has been rather scant information about them in Fujian,a subtropical province of China.The aim of this study was to understand the component of mites in houses.Methods House dust samples were collected randomly from 54 different sites.Mites were extracted using Tullgren-Berlese funnels and mounted in Hoyer's medium.Results About 38.00% of 395 samples were positive,which belonged to 55 species,30 families after indentification.The most frequently detected mite was Blomia tropicalis(Bronswijk,Cock & Oshima)(48.86% of total samples),followed by Cosmochthonius reticulatus Grandjean(16.71%).Conclusion There were large number of house dust mites,in Fujian and Dermatophagoides farinae(Hughes) was dominant mite,which density often surpassed the threshold of sensitive value of allergies.
