摘要: 目的 利用地理信息系统(GIS)建立肾综合征出血热(HFRS)、鼠疫宿主动物监测数据库,使监测数据可视化,并为进一步的相关研究打下基础。方法 在Windows XP操作平台下,利用Micro Excel5.0软件建立属性数据库,利用Mapbasic7.0软件对MapInfo Professional7.0软件进行二次开发,构建数据库的GIS框架,实现GIS功能。结果 建立了HFRS和鼠疫两种疾病宿主动物的密度和感染率数据库,并构建了宿主分布(可依地区、传播病种和宿主动物分别显示)和信息查询(分密度和感染率两类分别查询)等GIS功能项。结论 利用GIS系统建立了HFRS、鼠疫宿主动物监测数据库,实现了监测数据的可视化。

Abstract: Objective By establishing database of surveillance data of animal hosts of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)and plague using geographic information system(GIS),to make the data visible and favorable to further related studies.Methods Under Windows XP,attribute database was established by Micro Excel 5.0,managing interface of the database basing on GIS was developed by MapInfo Professional 7.0 and Mapbasic 7.0.Results Density database and infection rate database of animal hosts of HFRS and plague were set up,respectively,in which the data from usual surveillance methods in 4-6 years were all collected and filled out.And their GIS functions were constituted including displaying animal hosts distribution and query function.Animal hosts distribution can be displayed according to place,disease(HFRS and Plague),and densities and infection rate of tens species of animal hosts can be browsed by random options combination(including “hosts”,“province”,“city”,“county”,“year”,“surveillance method” and “disease” options).Conclusion Animal hosts of HFRS and plague GIS are established and surveillance data are visualized.
