广州白云国际机场鼠形动物繁殖力的分析

Propagator Analysis of Rodents at Baiyun International Airport of Guangzhou, Guangdong

摘要: 目的 掌握广州白云国际机场鼠形动物繁殖力的情况,为防制提供依据。方法 采用夹(笼)夜法,在广州白云国际机场捕获鼠形动物,进行分类鉴定,辨别雌雄,解剖观察其性器官发育和妊娠情况,并进行统计分析。结果 共获鼠828只,经鉴定隶属2目2科4属7种,分别为小家鼠、褐家鼠、黄毛鼠、黄胸鼠、板齿鼠、黑家鼠和臭鼩鼱。其中雄鼠429只,雌鼠399只,雌雄比例为1∶1.075;孕鼠118只,妊娠率29.57%,胚胎497只,平均胚胎数4.21。年度中,3、4、6、9月份的妊娠率较高,分别为65.38%、37.50%、50.00%和42.86%。在不同种类的鼠形动物中,臭鼩鼱的妊娠率最高,为39.20%,其次是小家鼠,妊娠率为30.93%,黄毛鼠与黑家鼠的妊娠率最低为0。不同生境中的鼠形动物妊娠率跑道区为34.13%,生活区28.75%,办公区23.40%,货运区30.30%。结论 广州白云国际机场鼠形动物一年四季均可繁殖,繁殖高峰期在春、夏季,秋末亦有一小高峰,妊娠率的高低与鼠密度不呈相关关系。

Abstract: Objective In order to know the propagation of rodents to provide scientific basis for rodents control,an analysis was carried out at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport during Octobar of 2003 to September of 2004. Methods Rodentswere caught with clips and cages once a month and were dissected for propagation situation after identification. Results A total of 828 rodents were caught,and subordinate to 2 orders 2 familis 4 genera 7 species. The male was 429,and the female was 399. Inverse proportion was 1∶1.075. The number of pregnancy rodents was 118. And the pregnancy rate was 29.57%. The total embryo was 497. The averagy was 4.21. There were four peak periods of propagation in the year,March,April,June and Septemper. Propagator of Suncus murinus was 39.20%,which was the heighest. There was different propagator in different envtironment. The course area was 34.13%,life area was 28.75%,office area was 23.40%,freight area was 30.30%. Conclusion The results showed that rodents can propagate all year at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The propagation peak period was spring and summer. And there was a little peak period in the end of autumn. There was no correlation ship between propagation and density of rodents.
