摘要: 目的 了解江苏省蚊、蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法 分别用浸渍法和点滴法测定淡色库蚊和家蝇的抗药性。结果 江苏省连云港和苏州地区的蚊虫对敌敌畏已产生高水平抗性,镇江地区蚊虫对氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯均敏感;仪征、扬中地区家蝇对敌敌畏产生高抗,仪征地区家蝇对溴氰菊酯最高抗,扬中地区则为低抗。结论 应根据抗药性调查结果科学合理使用杀虫剂,积极提倡综合防制。

Abstract: Objective To study resistance of Culex pipiens pallens and Musca domestica to insecticides in Jiangsu province and to provide the basis information for using insecticides reasonably.Methods Dip way for mosquito and topicd application for housefly.Results The mosquito had evoluted high resistance to DDVP in Lianyungang and Suzhou,while in Zhenjiang the resistances of mosquito to cypermethrin and permethrin is susceptive.House flies had evoluted high resistance to DDVP in Yizheng and Yangzhong.In Yizheng,house flies had evoluted highest resistance to deltamethrin,while in Yangzhong the resistance is low.Conclusion It is essential that we need to use insecticides reasonably based on the results of resistance investigation and call for integrated pest management.
