云南南部野外与村内蚊虫群落特征的比较研究

摘要: 目的研究云南南部西双版纳州景洪市一亻爱伲族村寨野外及村内蚊虫群落结构,探讨蚊类群落在不同环境条件下的分布和种类组成。方法采用人诱和牛诱(8m×8m×2m蚊帐)通宵捕蚊,用群落生态学方法计算群落结构、多样性和均匀性指数。结果村内群落捕获蚊虫2亚科6属11个亚属36种21426只,野外群落捕获2亚科4属10个亚属38种12219只。两群落优势蚊种基本一致为三带喙库蚊、棕头库蚊、伪杂鳞库蚊、中华按蚊、菲律宾按蚊、克氏按蚊、乌头按蚊和可赫按蚊。优势度村内群落分别为70.73、31.37、29.92、36.11、25.67、27.80、21.60、15.58,野外群落分别为58.18、31.86、29.13、34.91、16.55、26.77、24.06、21.45。多样性指数、均匀性指数和优势集中指数村内分别为1.78、0.45和0.83,野外分别为2.09、0.58和0.81。结论野外群落较村内丰富,两群落组成结构复杂,优势蚊种分布均匀。

Abstract: Objective To study on the mosquito community characters of in-village and field in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan.Methods A series of ecological methods are involved in this paper about community characters,diversity and similarity.To collect mosquito with human-bait,and cattle-bait in 8 m× 8 m× 2 m mosquito net.Results 36 species,11 subgenus,6 genus,2 subfamillies in-village,38 species,10 subgenus,4 genus,2 subfamillies in field were collected.The dominant species included Cx.tritaeniorhynchus,Cx.fuscocephala,Cx.psedoviishnui,An.sinensis,An.philipinensis,An.crawfordi,An.aconitus and An.kochi.In village,their dominance were 70.73,31.37,29.92,36.11,25.67,27.80,21.60,15.58,and in-field their dominance were 58.18,31.86,29.13,34.91,16.55,26.77,24.06,21.45.In-village,the index of Shannon-Winner diversity was 1.78,the homogenous index was 0.45 and concentrating index of dominance was 0.83,in the field the index of Shannon-Winner diversity was 2.09,the homogenous index was 0.58,and concentrating index of dominance was 0.81.Conclusion The field community was more abundant than in-village community,and its structure and component were very complicated,the distribution of dominant species was relatively stable.
