二氧化碳对白纹伊蚊的引诱作用

摘要: 目的测试二氧化碳(CO2)浓度与诱蚊率之间的关系,探明CO2对白纹伊蚊种群的引诱作用,以提高诱蚊灯的诱蚊效果。方法不同浓度CO2运用化学反应获取,通过诱蚊试验测定诱杀率反应诱杀效果。结果探索出一个对白纹伊蚊具有较好引诱效应的CO2浓度10.34ppm,与SB980型紫外光诱蚊灯结合试验表明,用CO2后对白纹伊蚊的诱杀率比对照灯提高13%~30%,平均20%。结论浓度很低的CO2即对蚊虫有引诱效应,并能增强诱蚊灯的诱杀效果,满足无公害无污染的要求;实验为现有除虫产品的改良提供了一条新途径。

Abstract: Objective In order to enhance the trapping effect of zapper lamp to Aedes albopictus,to observe the comether function of carbon dioxide(CO2) to the mosquito,and to probe the relation between CO2density and its trap killing-rate.Methods The different density of CO2 was gained by chemistry reaction and the trap killing-rate was tested by comether experimentation.Results A proper density 10.34 ppm of CO2to the mosquitoes was estimated.The comether function with the SB980 zapper lamp was tested.The trap killing-rate of them was increased 13%-30%(20%average) than that of the control zapper lamp.Conclusion A lower density CO2 could draw in the mosquito and obviously enhance the trapping efficiency of the zapper lamp with non-pollution and non-resistance;and a new approach would be provided to improve the recent products on physical pest mosquito control.
