新型灭鼠药实验室灭鼠效果的初步观察

摘要: 目的检测一种新型灭鼠药在实验室内对昆明种小白鼠和SD大鼠致死效果。通过解剖部分死鼠初步探讨致死机理。方法实验室采用强迫连续饲喂的方法进行该杀鼠剂对昆明种小鼠和SD大鼠的致死率的观察;采用普通解剖法肉眼观察解剖结果。结果该杀鼠剂10d内对小白鼠的致死率为80%,对大鼠的8d致死率为100%。经χ2检验,表明二者差异有显著性。经对死鼠解剖发现肠管内有梗阻、梗阻肠管前部胀气、梗阻部肠壁坏死,并尿潴留等现象发生。结论通过实验室观察,认为该灭鼠剂对大鼠和小鼠有较好的致死效果,对大鼠效果优于小鼠;同时认为肠管内梗阻致使肠管胀气、肠壁坏死并发的败血症及尿潴留等是致死因素。

Abstract: Objective The present paper is about the killing effect test on a new redenticide for Kunming rat and SD mouse in laboratory.We also want to search the cause of death reasons by anatomized the dead mouse during the test.Methods We use the forced and continued way to feed the mice with rodenticide bait and observed the death rate.We used the common anatomy to get the data by eyes.Results The test showed that the new rodenticide could kill the Kunming mouse at 80% in 10 days and kill all SD mouse in 8 days.The chi-aquare test(χ2) showed that the noticeable difference existed between the Kunming and SD mouse.The anatomized dead mouse showed that it had intestinal blocking in gut,gas expanded in front of the intestinal blocking in gut,in intestinal membrane necrosis at the part of intestinal blocking and urine retention in bladder.Conclusion The new rodenticide had very good killing effect for mouse and rat in laboratory.Rats gave higher death rate than mice.The cause of death would be gas expanded made by the intestinal blocking,septicemia caused by necrosis happened at intestinal membrane and the urine retention at bladder.
