温度对蚊虫发育历期的影响及与疾病的关系

摘要: 目的:观察温度对蚊虫发育历期的影响及与疾病发生的关系。方法:在实验室不同恒温条件下,观察中华按蚊各虫期发育情况及间日疟原虫在该蚊体内子孢子繁殖时间;用直线回归公式求出各虫期发育起点温度(C值)和有效积温(K值日度)。结果:蚊虫各历期均以25~28℃时发育时间短,繁殖快;蚊虫体内子孢子增殖快,密度高。并结合不同地区气温,预测了各地蚊虫生长繁殖的高峰期为7~9三个月,证实与疟疾流行情况相一致。结论:蚊虫的发育历期随温度升高而缩短;间日疟原虫子孢子在中华按蚊体内增殖,温度以25~28℃最为适宜。

Abstract: Under the different controlled temperatures in the laboratory,the developmental period of different stage An.sinensis and the sporogony duration of Plasmodium vivax in An.sinensis were observed.It was shown that at 25~28℃,quick development and rapid multiplication of different stage An.sinensis,and short sporogony duration and high density sporozoite density in An.sinensis were observed.In combination with the air temperature in every places,the peak development and reproduction period of An.sinensis were calculated,which was in accordance with the epidemic of vivax malaria.
