首都第二机场建设过程中廊坊市所属区域蚊类动态变化初步调查

Investigation on the dynamic change of mosquito fauna during the process of the second capital airport construction in Langfang, Hebei province

摘要: 目的 了解首都第二机场廊坊建设区域成蚊的种类、数量、分布及其季节变化,为预防蚊媒传染性疾病提供参考。方法 于2015-2016年在廊坊市郊机场建设区域,采用CO2诱蚊灯法对蚊虫进行连续动态监测。利用Excel、DPS v15.6软件对蚊密度及其季节消长趋势进行分析。结果 捕获蚊虫4 925只,其中淡色库蚊为优势种,占捕蚊总数的53.63%;其次为三带喙库蚊、白纹伊蚊和骚扰阿蚊;成蚊密度高峰在8月,以牲畜棚蚊密度最高。结论 首都第二机场廊坊建设区域蚊密度较高,根据调查结果,应加强蚊媒传染性疾病的科学防控。

Abstract: Objective Through the investigation and analysis to understand the impact of capital's second airport construction in Langfang on adult mosquito species, quantity, distribution and seasonality, provide reference for prevention of mosquito-borne diseases. Methods In the construction area of the suburban airport of Langfang, mosquito light trap with CO2 was used during 2015-2016. Excel and DPS v15.6 software were used to analyze mosquito density and its seasonal trend. Results In total, 4 925 mosquitoes were captured in the second capital airport construction of Langfang area during 2015-2016. The predominant species was Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 53.63%, followed by Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Aedes albopictus and Armigeres subalbatus. Density peak at August, mosquito's density was the highest in livestock shed. Conclusion The mosquito density was high, according to the results of the investigation, the scientific prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases needs to be strengthened.
