呼和浩特市家蝇抗药性调查及防治策略

Investigation on the resistance of Musca domestica to the insecticides and the control strategy in Huhhot

摘要:

目的 了解呼和浩特市家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性水平,为今后杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法 采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对5种杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果 呼和浩特市家蝇对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为21.70、47.67和24.64倍,属于高抗级别;对敌敌畏的抗性倍数为12.09倍,属于中抗级别;对残杀威的抗性倍数为1.78倍,属于敏感级别。结论 家蝇防治过程中杀虫剂的使用应以抗药性监测结果为指导,结合物理防治、环境治理消除蝇类孳生场所,从根本上控制蝇类密度。

Abstract:

Objective To get an insight into the resistance of Musca domestica to the insecticides in Hohhot, providing a scientific basis for the rational use of pesticides. Methods The micro-drop method was used for the detection of the resistance of M. domestica to the five insecticides. Results The mean resistance ratio of M. domestica to deltamethrin, cypermethrin and beta- cypermethrin in Hohhot were 21.70, 47.67, 24.64, respectively, indicating a high-level resistance. And its resistance ratio to DDVP and propoxur was 12.09 and 1.78, respectively, with the former being at a mid-level resistance and the latter at the sensitive level. Conclusion Rational use of insecticides based on the resistance of M. domestica to them in combination with physical and environmental control to destroy their breeding environment contributes to the radical control of M. domestica density.
