Survey on resistance to insecticides of Musca domestica in Hangzhou city

摘要: 目的 了解杭州市家蝇抗药性水平,为杀虫剂的合理使用提供科学依据。方法 采用微量点滴法,检测杭州市家蝇现场品系对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯、EBT、敌敌畏、胺菊酯7种杀虫剂的抗药性水平。结果 2005年杭州市家蝇现场品系抗性水平与1982年相比,都有不同程度的升高,其抗性倍数由高到低依次为:高效氯氰菊酯80.80倍,溴氰菊酯52.71倍,氯氰菊酯45.48倍,二氯苯醚菊酯20.63倍,胺菊酯4.86倍,敌敌畏4.06倍,EBT1.72倍,其LD50.值分别为0.2020、0.0369、0.3775、0.1857、1.1362、0.4306、0.3946μg/只。结论 杭州市家蝇现场品系对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯、氯氰菊酯抗性较高,在今后的灭蝇工作中应注意减少使用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica and provide the scientific information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods The resistance of M.domestica to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrim, cyperimethrin, esbiothrin, DDVP and tetramethrin were determined by topical application methods. Results The resistance of the field strain to seven insecticides was higher in 2005 than that in 1982, the ratio of resistance to beta-cypermethrin was increased 80.80 times (LD50=0.2020 μg/♀), deltamethrin 52.71 times(LD50=0.0369 μg/♀), cyperimethrin 45.48 times(LD50=0.3775 μg/♀), permethrim 20.63 times(LD50=0.1857 μg/♀), tetramethrin 4.86 times(LD50=1.1362 μg/♀), DDVP 4.06 times(LD50=0.4306 μg/♀) and esbiothrin 1.72 times(LD50=0.3946 μg/♀). Conclusion The resistance of the field strain to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, cyperimethrin, permethrim were of high level and these insecticides should be reduced application for the future.
