人工饲养和野生美洲大蠊消化酶活性差异研究

摘要: 目的 比较人工饲养的美洲大蠊和野生美洲大蠊不同虫态主要消化酶的活性。方法 解剖人工饲养美洲大蠊和野生美洲大蠊不同虫态的中肠,测定蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蔗糖酶活性。结果 人工饲养的美洲大蠊低龄若虫、高龄若虫、成虫蛋白酶活性分别为56.28、59.75和65.22U,脂肪酶活性分别为47.67、69.91和79.44U,淀粉酶活性分别为51.16、76.40和95.51U,蔗糖酶活性分别为0.60、0.67和0.97U;野生美洲大蠊低龄若虫、高龄若虫、成虫蛋白酶活性分别为31.68、42.49和44.03U,脂肪酶活性分别为56.37、76.38和87.16U,淀粉酶活性分别为47.15、57.90和72.44U,蔗糖酶活性分别为0.91、0.96和1.22U。结论 同一虫态,人工饲养的美洲大蠊蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均高于野生美洲大蠊,而脂肪酶和蔗糖酶活性低于野生美洲大蠊。在美洲大蠊生长发育阶段,中肠蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和蔗糖酶活性都随其发育而逐渐增强。

Abstract: Objective To compare the digestive enzyme activity between laboratory American cockroach and feral American cockroach.Methods American cockroaches were anatomized to obtain midgut of the 2-3 instar and 9-10 instar nymphs and adults,the activities of proteases,amylases,lipases and sucrases were tested.Results The activities of protease of laboratory reared American cockroach were 56.28,59.75,65.22 U in 2-3 instar and 9-10 instar nymphs and adults,the activities of lipase were 47.67,69.91,79.44 U;the activities of amylase were 51.16,76.40,95.51 U,the activities of sucrase were 0.60,0.67,0.97 U;the activities of protease of feral American cockroach were 31.68,42.49,44.03 U in 2-3 instar and 9-10 instar nymphs and adults,the activities of lipase were 56.37,76.38,87.16 U,the activities of amylase were 47.15,57.90,72.44 U,the activities of sucrase were 0.91,0.96,1.22 U.Conclusion The activities of protease and amylase of cultured American cockroach were higher than feral American cockroach of the same growth phase;but the activities of lipase and sucrase were lower.During the development of American cockroach,the activities of protease,lipase,amylase and sucrase were stronger gradually.
