摘要: 目的 以传统的“四步检验”法为“金标准”,用4对引物聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测鼠疫动物材料,从而探索一种鼠疫快速诊断的方法。方法 毒力测定和4对引物PCR按常规方法进行。结果 在150份动物材料中,传统的“四步检验”作为金标准共检出阳性62份,而PCR法共检出阳性52份,经χ2检验,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.42,P>0.05)。PCR实验在4h内全部完成。结论 4对引物PCR法具有快速、敏感等优点,可以用于鼠疫的快速诊断和流行病学调查。

Abstract: Objective Plague animal material is tested by 4-pair-primer-PCR which is compaired with traditional “4 piece test” to find a quick diagnostic way for plague. Methods Narcotics test and 4-pair-primer-PCR are both done in traditional way. Results 52 positive specimen of 4-pair-primer-PCR are found from 150,and 62 of traditional way are found. Both the ways have no discrepancy(χ2=1.42,P> 0.05 ). Conclusion 4-pair-primer-PCR is a quick,peculiar,sensitive method for the diagnosis and surveillance of plague.
