灭蚁灵、氟虫胺及吡虫啉粉剂对散白蚁的药效研究

摘要: 目的 比较氟虫胺、吡虫啉和灭蚁灵对白蚁的防制效果。方法 在室内测定不同浓度的3种药剂对尖唇散白蚁的触杀和胃毒作用。结果 3种药剂均为慢性毒剂,药剂浓度不仅决定死亡率的大小,还决定白蚁死亡时间的长短。灭蚁灵、氟虫胺及吡虫啉对白蚁的触杀毒力其LC50分别为14.72%、0.0045%和0.028%,胃毒毒力其LC50分别为0.1208%、0.0008%和0.0097%。结论 灭蚁灵对白蚁的毒力最小,吡虫啉居中,氟虫胺的毒力最大。

Abstract: Objective To compare the effect on termite control of sulfluramid,imidaclorprid and mirex.Methods In laboratory,the contact and stomach poisoning toxicity of different concentration of the three termiticides against Reticulitermes aculabialis were tested.Results All the three termiticides were slow-acting toxicants and concentration or dose of this type termiticide decide both mortality and speed of death.LC50 of contact poisoning of mirex,sulfluramid and imidaclorprid were 14.72%,0.0045% and 0.028% respectively,the LC50 of stomach poisoning of them were 0.1208%,0.0008% and 0.0097% in order.Conclusion Mirex is least toxic to termite,imidaclorprid is middle and sulfluramid is most toxic to termite.
