江苏省西尼罗病毒病潜在蚊媒调查

摘要: 目的 了解江苏省西尼罗病毒病潜在蚊媒群落构成及季节消长情况,为及时有效地切断西尼罗病毒病传播途径提供科学依据。方法 2004年4~11月在江苏省苏州、镇江和连云港3市的城区和郊区设点调查成蚊和幼蚊;成蚊调查采用人工小时法和帐诱法,幼蚊调查采用勺捞法。结果 初步调查全省西尼罗病毒病潜在蚊媒有5属8种,郊区优势种群为淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊和骚扰阿蚊,城区优势种为淡色库蚊;成蚊6~10月高发,9月份盛发;4~11月全省幼蚊平均密度为4.906只/勺,成蚊平均密度为22.399只/人工小时;苏州、镇江、连云港3市分别为8.013、26.182和34.944只/人工小时;城区和郊区分别为12.632、25.757只/人工小时;郊区室内和野外分别为20.617、28.057只/人工小时。结论 基本了解了江苏省西尼罗病毒病潜在蚊媒的群落构成及季节消长情况。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the community structure and dynamic of potential vector of West Nile Virus (WNV) Disease in Jiangsu Province. Methods Scoop dipping method for larvae,hand collection for indoorresting adults and humanbaited net trap method for outdoor adults were used in Suzhou,Zhenjiang and Lianyungang Cities in Jiangsu Province from April to November in 2004. Results 8 species of 5 genera were collected,Culex pipiens pallens Coquillett,Cx.tritaeniorhynchus Giles and Armigeres subalbatus (Coquillett) were the dominant taxa in suburb,Cx.pipiens pallens Coquillett was the dominant taxon in urban. The highest density of adults occured in September,the high density period was from June to October. The average density was 4.906 individuals per scoop in larvae,22.399 individuals per hour in adults (8.013 in Suzhou City,26.182 in Zhenjiang City,34.944 in Lianyungang City,and 25.757 in suburb,12.632 in urban,28.057 in outdoor). Conclusion The community structure and monthly dynamic of potential WNV vector in Jiangsu Province was preliminary known and further pathogeny evidence was needed.
