浙江省某鼠传疾病监控点室内地面游离蚤杀灭方法研究

Study on Method of Killing Indoor Ground Free Flea in Mouse Transmission Diseases Monitoring Points in Zhejiang

摘要: 目的 观察杀蚤剂复配对室内地面游离蚤的杀灭效果。方法 采用25%速杀威乳油(主要成分为高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威)和连续二次施药方法。结果 8个观察点中1、6、8号观察点蚤阳性指数分别由灭前的1.967、0.267和0.167下降至0.007、0.020和0.007,灭蚤率分别为99.64%、92.51%和95.81%;其他观察点阳性指数均降至0,灭蚤率均为100%,8个观察点平均灭蚤率为98.87%。结论 采用复配方速杀型灭蚤剂和连续二次施药方法灭蚤效果显著,可在类似的地区和环境推广应用。

Abstract: Objective Study the indoor ground free flea control method to prevent occurrence and epidemic of mouse transmission diseases. Methods Using composite-formulated fast fleacide instead of the traditional method of applying a single fleacide,and successively spraying the fleacide twice,each 50 ml/m2 (ground not absorbing water) or 100 ml/m2 (ground absorbing water). Results In this study total 8 observation points were set up. After the application,the flea positive index (%) of #1,#6 and #8 observation point was reduced from previous 1.967 ,0.267 and 0.167 to 0.007 ,0.020 and 0.007 respectively and the flea-killed ratio(%) was 99.64 ,92.51 and 95.81 respectively. After the application,the flea positive index (%) of #2,#3,#4,#5 and #7 observation point was reduced from previous 0.153 ,0.133 ,0.740 ,0.120 and 0.187 to 0,and all flea-killed ratios (%) were 100. The mean flea-killed ratio(%) of 8 points is 98.98 . Conclusion Using composite-formulated fast fleacide and the applying method of successively twice spraying to consolidate the flea-killing effect gets satisfied results and this method should be popularized in similar areas and under similar environments.
