家蝇雌成虫对溴氰菊酯的敏感性研究

摘要: 目的 研究家蝇雌成虫在不同发育阶段对溴氰菊酯的敏感性变化,为家蝇的抗药性测定奠定基础。方法 参照世界卫生组织成蝇抗药性测定的点滴法,测定羽化后1~8日龄的家蝇雌成虫(在未接触任何药剂的情况下,室内饲养30多年)对溴氰菊酯的LD50值。记录在不同剂量下的死亡率,通过比较其LD50值,分析其敏感性变化。结果 羽化1d的雌成虫尽管体重最轻,但是对溴氰菊酯的敏感性较低;2~7d的敏感性相对稳定,羽化8d的敏感性显著增加;雄性成虫比雌性成虫敏感。结论 测定家蝇对杀虫剂的抗药性一定要方法标准化。

Abstract: Objective To provide base data for insecticide resistance monitoring in house fly (Musca domestica),a study was undertaken to establish the susceptibility of female house fly to deltamethrin at different development days after eclosion. Methods Topical application method was used based on the WHO protocols,in laboratory colony ofM.domestica,which was unexposed to insecticides for a period of thirty years. Mortality rates recorded at different exposure doses. Data were subjected to analysis and the susceptibility was calculated at LD50 by comparison with each other. Results The LD50 values for deltamethrin was the highest after one day eclosion,though the flies was the lightest. The susceptibility was relative stabilization from 2 to 7 days,but after 8 days the flies were more susceptive to detalmethrin than other tested days. Male adult was more susceptive than female. Conclusion The results showed that insecticide resistance testing should using a relative standard method.
