摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究市售含对二氯苯防蛀剂的急性毒性。方法急性经口毒性选大鼠和小鼠各60只,随机分成6组,每组10只,雌雄各半,按霍恩氏(Horn)法,大鼠以0、2100、2625、3281、4101、5126mg/kg,小鼠以0、2315、3241、4537、6352、8893mg/kg防蛀片一次性灌胃。急性吸入毒性选用60只大鼠,随机分为6组,每组10只,雌雄各半,以0、3006、4510、6765、10147、15220mg/m³防蛀片吸入2h。急性皮肤刺激实验选用白色豚鼠4只,雌雄各半,以0.5g/只涂皮4h。结果大鼠急性经口LD₅₀为3181.10mg/kg,小鼠急性经口LD₅₀为3843.66mg/kg,大鼠急性吸入毒性LC₅₀为8858mg/m³。急性皮肤刺激实验结果属无刺激反应。结论根据《农药登记毒理学试验方法》判定标准,3种试验结果分别属低毒级和无刺激性,但对动物中枢神经系统有抑制作用。

Abstract: Objective To study the acute toxicity of Para-Dichlorobenzene(p-DCB) mothball.Methods Groups of 5 rats of each sex and groups of 5 mice of each sex were administered,0,2100,2625,3281,4101,5126 mg mothball/kg and 0,2315,3241,4537,6352,8893 mg mothball/kg respectively by gavages for one dose.Groups of 5 rats of each sex were administered 0,3006,4510,6765,10147,15220 mg mothball/m³ by inhalation for 2 hours.Groups of 4(2♂2♀) Cavia porcellus were administered 5000 mg mothball by dermal for 4 hours.Results The LD₅₀ values by gavages administration were 3 181.10 mg mothball/kg in rat and 3843.66 mg mothball/kg in mice.The LC₅₀ values by inhalation administration were 8858 mg mothball/m³ in rat.The results by dermal irritation were no effect in Cavia porcellus.Conclusion According to Toxicological test methods of pesticides for registration,the p-DCB mothball belongs to micro-toxicity and has no dermal irritation,but can cause potential inhibitory effects on the nerve center system of rats and mice.
