动物屏障对人房捕蚊效果的观察

Observation on Collecting Mosquitoes in Human Rooms by Animal-Shelter in Yunnan

摘要: 目的采取动物屏障对傣族人房进行蚊虫捕捉效果观察。方法捕蚊工具为CDC诱蚊灯通宵诱捕,动物屏障采用当地耕牛。结果两灯共捕蚊2亚科5属9亚属22种,经数据分析发现,有动物屏障的人房捕蚊效果与无动物屏障的效果差异无显著性(t<t0.05);但观察发现前者捕获蚊虫数(78.83只/晚)显著高于后者(55.17只/晚);有动物屏障的人房捕获按蚊数与库蚊数基本一致,差异无显著性(t<t0.05);动物屏障捕蚊效果与当地雨量存在正相关关系(r=0.403),而与当地气温有负相关关系(r=-0.36)。结论动物屏障对傣族村庄人房防蚊效果不佳,建议动物屏障设置于村庄之外可能较好。

Abstract: Objective To observe on collecting mosquitoes in human rooms by animal-shelter on July,2001.Methods To collect mosquitoes by CDC human rooms during nights and to use local cows as the animal-shelter under human houses.Results The collected mosquitoes belonged to 22 species,9 subgenus,5 genus,2 subfamilies;There was no significant difference between the animal-shelter and the non animal-shelter( t<t0.05),but the numbers of anopheles(78.833 per night) were more than those of culex(55.167 per night) for the animal-shelter;the efficiency of collecting mosquito for the animal-shelter was almost the same as that for the non animal-shelter(t<t0.05),and both the rain-fall and the temperature had relations with the animal-shelter.Conclusion The efficiencies of avoiding mosquitoes in the Dai-national house was not good with the animal-shelter method.We suggest that it may be better if we put the animal-shelter outside village.
