摘要: 目的探讨山东省不同地区、不同时间蚊虫对化学杀虫剂的抗性状况。方法WHO生物测定法、区分剂量法。结果不同地区、不同时间对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性普遍较高;对有机磷类,用量大的地区使用频率高时抗性较高;有些地区对氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂也产生了抗性。对停用多年的DDT有些地区抗性仍较高,对三氯杀虫酯的抗性,个别地区与敏感品系蚊虫相接近。结论蚊虫对不同杀虫剂的抗性,地区间有明显差别,与使用频率高低有关;长期单一用药会引起抗性升高,必须合理使用杀虫剂。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the insecticide resistance status of mosquitoes in different areas and different periods.Methods WHO bio-assay and distinguishing dosage method.Results The pyrethroid resistance of different areas and different periods was high at large,the propoxur resistance was high at large dosage area,and Acetophenate resistance emerged in some area.In some area,there was still high DDT resistance where it had been ceased use for several years,and the Acetophenate resistance level in some area was close to sensitive strain's.Conclusion The resistance of mosquitoes of different insecticide had obvious discrimination in different regions,and it was related to the use frequency.The use of single insecticide for a long time will raise the resistant level,and reasonable use of insecticides is needed.
