摘要: 目的:了解乌鲁木齐市德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性基数和现状,指导科学、合理使用杀虫剂。方法:微量点滴法。结果:野外3个品系德国小蠊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为3.65~19.69、1.92~7.90、0.78~9.33、0.64~1.66;对氯氰菊酯产生了较高的抗性。结论:乌鲁木齐市德国小蠊对4种常用杀虫剂已产生了不同程度的抗药性。

Abstract: Objective:To direct scientific and rational use of insecticides,the cardinal numbers and status of resistance of Blattella germanica to 4 different insecticides were determined in Urumqi.Methods:The micro-drop method.Results:The resistance indexes of 3 field-collected strains of german cockroaches to cypermethrin,deltamethrin,permethrin and dichlorvos were 3.65-19.69,1.92-7.90,0.78-9.33 and 0.64-1.66,respectively.The resistance to cypermethin reached a high level.Conclusion:Field-collected strains of german cockroaches in Urumqi have already developed various degrees of resistance to these 4 kinds of insecticides in common use.
