摘要: 目的:测试抑太保、卡死克等对德国小蠊抗性品系的敏感性及与多功能氧化酶活力变化之间的关系。方法:药膜接触法处理试虫,多功能氧化酶测定采用O-脱烷基法。结果:德国小蠊抗性品系对抑太保、卡死克及其混合制剂都显示了一定程度的耐药性,抑太保、卡死克及灭幼宝对多功能氧化酶无明显的激活作用。结论:多功能氧化酶并非造成德国小蠊对3种药剂产生耐药性的原因,在未取得更多的资料前,昆虫生长调节剂的使用应持谨慎态度。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the resistance of Bllattella germanica resistance strain to chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron,to study the relation between the resistance and the changing of MFO.Methods:Force contacting method and O-demethylation method were used.Results:Low resistance was showed in the study of chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron against Bllattella germanica resistance strain,chlorfluazuron and flufenoxuron could not activate the vitality of MFO.Conclusion:MFO might be not the main oxydase that could cause the resistance to the three IGRs,extensive using of IGRs should be careful before we had enough datas.
