黄胸鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂交叉抗药性试验观察

摘要: 目的:观察黄胸鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂交叉抗药性。方法:在实验室作无选择性摄食试验。分别摄食0.025%杀鼠灵、0.025%敌鼠钠盐、0.005%氯敌鼠、0.0375%杀鼠迷、0.005%溴敌隆毒饵4d。结果:黄胸鼠死亡比分别为0/5、0/5、1/5、2/5、2/5。黄胸鼠对溴敌隆抗性发生率为50%(5/10)。摄食溴敌隆或杀鼠灵或杀鼠迷存活鼠,对杀鼠灵抗性发生率为100%(10/10),杀鼠灵抗药性试验存活鼠对大隆抗性发生率为62.5%(5/8)。结论:发现黄胸鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂产生了交叉抗药性。

Abstract: Objective:To study the interaction resistance to anticoagulant rodenticides in Rattus flavipectus.Method:No-choice dieting test in lab.The poison baits,including 0.025% warfarin,0.025% natriumdiphacin,0.005%chlorophacinone,0.0375% cumatetralyl,0.005% bromadiolone,were used by intake in the laboratory test.Results:The death ratio was 0/5,0/5,1/5,2/5,2/5 caused by the five kinds of rodenticides in Rattus flavipectus for 4 d intake,respectively.The resistane incidance of Rattus flavipectus to bromadiolone was 50%(5/10).The resistance incidans to warfarin was 100%(10/10),and brodifacoum was 62.5%(5/8) with the survivors to bromadiolone or cumatetralyl or warfarin.Conclusion:The interaction resistance to anticoagulant rodenticide was found in Rattus flavipectus.
